This is a local, pre-launch website. Operator identity, a privacy contact, and a final retention policy must be supplied before public launch.
Demo state is kept in session storage in your browser tab, with an in-memory fallback. Restart demo resets that state. No participant uploads are collected. It is not connected to the original event.
If you send the form, your name, email, event date, group size, location, goals, and consent are saved in a private file on this installation for the operator to review. Email delivery is not configured. Please do not include sensitive details or participant information. The operator can delete the stored request; contact arrangements must be finalized before launch.
The website loads fonts from Google Fonts. The demo loads map tiles from OpenStreetMap; those providers receive normal connection information such as your IP address. No analytics or advertising cookies are included. Temporary IP-based request counters protect the inquiry endpoint; they are not written to the inquiry records.
